How do you diagnose a heart attack?

ECG (electrocardiogram)

An ECG is a medical device that monitors the electrical activity of heart muscles. Our hearts is a small electrical signal with each beat. A heart specialist (cardiologist) can use this device to see how the heart works,there is no damage to the heart muscle, or abnormal heart rhythms. A doctor can determine when data ECG if the patient has had a recent heart attack, or even earlier.

Cardiac enzyme tests

When a person has a heart attack some enzymes make their way into the bloodstream. A blood test can detect these enzymes. Generally, theenzyme levels in the blood are monitored regularly for several days.

This can be useful to see if the heart does not swell.

The faster the heart attack patient can be treated, the better your success /your treatment will be. These days, most heart attacks can be treated effectively. It is crucial to remember that patient survival depends largely onhow quickly they can be taken to hospital.
