Simple Diet Save My Life


My name is George and many others, I am in the office 9-5 worker.We all know how stressful can be a white collar job that you were not things project.When especially new spoil, I do not settle for fast food lunch and dinner.That of a really bad way of life, and it sometimes takes a month, if the project is certainly a hard one.Our countries respondedreputation as a fast food nation.Due lack of exercise and unhealthy eating habit is one example that I suffered a mild stroke, which led me to the hospital.
After receiving full medical examination, my doctor told me that the cholesterol level was dangerously high and I'm overweight.If this continues, I am prone to diabetes, stroke and heart attack.At the moment, I came to implement, and I began to fear what will happen to my family and my children, if they lost the only breadwinner.I shuddered.I I knew I needed to change eating habits, if I want to see my children will be completed by college.So time, I made a study of the different regimes that fits me and the vegan diet is definitely a big no-no for me.
 
Believe it or not, I found the perfect diet, where you can eat what you want, but they lost their size, but still gives you the perfect balance between nutrition.I learned of this book to my family who had a similar health problem, such as me.Eventhough I am skeptical about this plan, I do not know see any harm in giving go.Within few months, I was wrong.I went to the second medical examination to check my progress and I am pleased that result.Not my cholesterol is a safe place, the ratio of my HDL (good cholesterol) is higher than my LDL (bad cholesterol). I am pleased that this book is not just to give me a healthy lifestyle, but the important thing is to save my life.
