Treatment during a heart attack

Treatment during a heart attack
CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

Some heart attack patients stop breathing, do not move or respond when spoken to or touched, but can also be a cough. If this is the case CPRshould be started immediately. This implies:

Manual compressions chest and rescue breathing
30 chest compressions at the heart
followed by
two breaths of mouth (word of mouth)

defibrillator
CPS is a medical device. Electric shock is sent into the patient's chest -the goal is to use electricity to shock the heart to the activity.

300 mg aspirin

A dose of 300 mg of aspirin is often given to patients during a heart attack. The aspirin will help stop the clot in the artery to expand.

thrombotic

These dissolve blood clots. These include alteplase and streptokinase.Should be injected into the patient as soon as possible. If the blood supply to muscle can be restored in time, most of the cardiac muscle survival.

analgesics

Morphine is sometimes injected into the patient to control pain and discomfort. Experts say it also reduces anxiety.
